Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Trần Thanh Mẫn attended a meeting held on March 12 by the Vietnam Buddhist Association at Czech Republic.
Attending the meeting included Chairman of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Europe Hoàng Đình Thắng, Buddhist dignitaries and 23 delegates representing from the association and its branches in localities.
The meeting exchanged on Buddhist activities in 2016 and approved working plans for 2017, including the celebration of the 10th founding anniversary of the Association during the Buddhist Parents Day Festival 2017, as well as elected new members for the association’s Standing Board and Management Council.
