Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli– Non-resident Special Envoy of the Vatican to Vietnam paid a pastoral visit to Cai Lay parish of My Tho diocese on July 11.
At the parish church, Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli joint with Catholic dignitaries and followers in prayers and rituals, and learnt the historical development of Cai Lay parish.
