On occasion of a working trip in Vietnam, Lieutenant-General Yong Mao from the Royal Cambodian Army visited Diec Pagoda in Nghe An Province’s Vinh City and Bat Nha Pagoda in Hoang Mai district in the Province.
The lieutenant-general was welcomed by Senior Venerable Thích Thọ Lạc, Abbot of Diec Pagoda cum Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s executive committee in Nghe An province, and Venerable Abbott of Bat Nha Pagoda Thích Minh Cảnh.
During the visit, the lieutenant-general and his delegation offered incense to the Buddha at the main worshipping temples.

Lieutenant-General Yong Mao and his family also made donations for building an Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva statute and restoring the temple worshipping the Three Jewels in Bat Nha Pagoda.
