After the concussed event of the terrible fire that devastated Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris, the Vietnamese press had an interview with Deputy Head of Mission of the French Embassy in Vietnam Olivier Sigaud.
During the interview, Deputy Head of Mission Olivier Sigaud expressed deep thanks to Vietnamese people for their feelings of friendship over the Notre-Dame cathedral fire.

The Deputy Head of Mission also talked about strengthening cooperation with Vietnam in preserving and restoring Vietnamese heritages as Vietnam is home to many UNESCO-recognized heritages.
“France has world-class teams of experts in the field of preserving and reconstructing historic buildings. In fact, France and Vietnam have cooperated in this field for a long time. Many French experts have come to Vietnam to support, especially Hanoi because Hanoi had many constructions built during the French colonial period” said Deputy Ambassador.
