Pastor President of the Christian and Missionary Alliance of Canada Dave Hearn led a delegation to visit the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) on October 19 at the ECVN’s headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City.
The delegation also joint by Pastor Vice President of the Christian and Missionary Alliance of Canada Brem Frentz and Pastor Head of the Vietnam Deanery in Canada Đỗ Thiệu Cường.
Welcoming the President were Pastor President of the ECVN (South)’s Executive Committee Phan Vĩnh Cự and pastors from the ECVN’s Executive Committee.
During the reception, Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự shared with the guests the ECVN’s development history and current challenges such as lack of well-trained personnel to meet present Protestant development in Vietnam.
The visit of the Christian and Missionary Alliance of Canada to the ECVN (South) aimed to strengthen fellowship the Protestant Church in Vietnam.
