On May 10, Bac Hai parish under Xuan Loc diocese in Bien Hoa city solemnly welcomed Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli, non-resident Special Envoy of the Vatican to Vietnam.
Joining the Archbishop’s visit were Auxiliary Bishop of Xuan Loc diocese Joseph Đinh Đức Đạo and Vicar General of Xuan Loc diocese Vinsente Đặng Văn Tú.
During a mass held in the parish, Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli delivered a preaching and urged Catholic dignitaries and followers to promote fine traditions and fulfill Catholic missions entrusted by the Pope and the Vietnam Catholic church.
