Workshop held for dissemination of the law to dignitaries in Tuyen Quang and Hai Phong provinces

On June from 4 – 5 in Tuyen Quang city and June 10 -11, 2014 in Hai Phong city, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with Tuyen Quang and Hai Phong People’s Committees held workshops for dissemination of the law to over 400 religious dignitaries and followers of religions in 2 provinces.
At the workshops, participants learnt viewpoints, policies and laws of the Party and State on belief, religion and law on religion-related housing and land. Besides, at the workshop in Tuyen Quang province, Mr. Triệu Quang Xuyên, reporter of the Communication and Education Department of Provincial Party Committee briefed information on East Sea situation and viewpoints of Vietnam in settling the island situation; Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Bình, Vice-Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee delivered a welcome speech at the workshop in Hai Phong province. Local leaders and representatives of religious organizations highly appreciated efforts by the Government Committee for Religious to disseminate the law to dignitaries and followers of religions and hoped this dissemination work to be continued in the coming time.
