Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Tiến Trọng highlighted that over the past years, the Vietnam Union of Superiors General has accompanied with local authorities in implementing policies to encourage socialization of activities in the fields of education, healthcare, culture and sport. The Vietnam Superiors General Union’s Management board has conveyed wishes and recommendations relating religious practices of Catholic orders to the GCRA, and closely collaborated with the GCRA for guiding religious practices of Catholics in accordance with the Law on Belief & Religion and other State’s legal regulations.

The GCRA’s Vice Chairman expressed hope that the Vietnam Superiors General Union would promoting fine traditions and methods, in order to made more practical contributions to socio-economic development of the country.
