A delegation from the Vietnam Baha'i Community paid a visit to the Southern Religious Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) on February 7 on occasion of the lunar new year.
The delegation led by Secretary General of the Spiritual Council of the Vietnam Baha'i Community Nguyễn Đình Thỏa was welcomed by Deputy Directors of the Southern Religious Affairs Department under the GCRA Trà Quang Thanh and Đặng Trung Thành.
During the visiting reception, while wishing leaders and officials of the GCRA a happy and successful new year, Secretary General Nguyễn Đình Thỏa shared that the Vietnam Baha'i Community would continue to uphold fine traditions and encourage its believers to make more contributions to the development of the country.
Appreciating the achievements recorded by the Vietnam Baha'i Community, Deputy Director Đặng Trung Thành expressed hope that the Baha'i Community would further promote its role in strengthening social unity and economic development in localities.
