The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on May 27 a training on state policies and laws for its employees.
Participating at the training’s opening ceremony included the GCRA’s Vice Chairwoman Trần Thị Minh Nga, Director of the GCRA’s Organization and Personnel Department Cát Ngọc Trình, and presenters from the GCRA’s Office, International Relations and Catholic Affairs Departments, and the Civil Servants and Public Employees Affairs Department under the Ministry for Home Affairs.
The one-day training covered the belief and religious life in the country in the first five months of 2021 and focused on key contents of the religious diplomacy between Vietnam and the US, the state management on Catholicism, the Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants and the Law on Public Employees No. 52/2019/QH14 dated November 25, 2019.
Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the GCRA training was held with less than 30 participants and a strict implementation of the health sector’s recommendations for the Covid-19 epidemic prevention.
