On behalf of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church, a delegation led by Priest Head of Hai Phong Caodai parish’s Management Board Nguyễn Bá Phòng visited the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) on January 19 ahead of the upcoming Traditional New Year 2016.
The delegation included dignitaries from Caodai parishes of Dang Giang, Ha Long, Cam Pha and Hai Phong in the Northern provinces.
Welcoming the delegation was Director of the GCRA’s Department of Caodai Affairs Nguyễn Đắc Tuấn.
During the event, on behalf of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church, Priest Nguyễn Bá Phòng extended traditional New Year (Tet festival) wishes to the GCRA’s leaders and officials. He also took the chance to share with the hosts religious and social activities of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in 2015, including charitable contributions of nearly VND 42 billion by the Church’s dignitaries and followers.
