Representatives of Protestant organizations, Thai Binh provincial VBS congratulate Government Religious Committee on its 60th anniversary

Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Bùi Thanh Hà received a delegation from Protestant organizations on July 29 on occasion of 60th founding anniversary of GCRA and State sector on religious affairs (August 2).

The Protestant delegation included Pastor Bùi Văn Sản, First Vice President of the General Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Northern); Pastor Nguyễn Hữu Bình, First Vice President of the General Confederation of Evangelical churches of Vietnam (Southern) and Pastor Nguyễn Võ Khánh Giám, First Vice President of the Vietnam Baptist Church (Southern).

At the reception meeting, Protestant dignitaries extended best wishes to GCRA’ leaders and officials. They also thanked GCRA for creating favorable conditions for religious organizations in the past 60 years.

Also on occasion of 60th anniversary of GCRA and State sector on religious affairs, on behalf of the GCRA’s leaders, Director of the Buddhist Affairs Department Bùi Hữu Dược received on July 30 Venerable Thích Thanh Hòa, Chairman of Thai Binh provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) Executive Committee. 

At the welcoming reception, Director Bùi Hữu Dược encouraged Thai Binh provincial VBS to support and work closely with authorities, contributing to build a beautiful and prosperous country of Vietnam.
