The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Tiến Trọng, and joint by Vice Chairwoman of the GCRA Trần Thị Minh Nga, Deputy Director of the Home Affairs Ministry’s Information Center Lê Thanh Tùng and Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Information and Communications’ Authority of Press Đặng Khắc Lợi.

Implementing the GCRA’s plan on the implementation of the project supporting information and propaganda on ethnicity and religion, the GCRA’s Information Center has designed a section on the belief & religious life in GCRA’s Vietnamese website at the address: http://btgcp.gov.vn/doi-song-tin-nguong-va-ton-giao, and produced and posted 416 news and photo news, 25 articles and seven video clips in total in this section. The publiation has disseminated state policies and laws on belief & religion, the belief & religious life, practical contributions of religions in the field of social charities, education, health, and efforts and supports made by religious organizations for the Covid-19 prevention work.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Tiến Trọng stated that the publications uploaded in the GCRA’s website have met the project’s requirements for disseminating state policies and laws on belief and religion, as well as promoting values and contributions of religion for the pandemic prevention work over the past year.

The publications have been approved by all members of the appraisal council at the meeting.
