Lai Chau province: Government Religious Committee organizes religious training for local officials

On June 22-27, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with the Lai Chau provincial People’s Committee held two professional training courses on Protestant affairs for more than 400 local officials in eight districts of Lai Chau province.
At the training courses, participants learnt Party’s viewpoints, State’s policies and laws on belief and religion in general, and Protestantism in particular, state policies for great national unity and religious unity; Protestantism in the world and Vietnam and professional guidance for state administration on religious activities by registered Protestant meeting places and recognized congregations.
