Government Religious Committee’s Youth Union conducts charitable activity in Yen Bai province

On November 13, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) in collaboration with Yen Bai provincial authorities held an inauguration ceremony for the charitable house presented to student Hoàng Tân Dương and his family in Yen Bai province’s Van Chan district.
Attending the event included representatives of the GCRA’s Youth Union and Son Thinh commune’s authorities.
It reported that Hoàng Tân Dương’s family is one of the poorest households in Son Thinh commune of Van Chan District, and the GCRA’s Youth Union has supported his education in Hanoi since June 2013. The construction of the charitable house for the family was started over one month ago with supports from GCRA’s Youth Union and private sponsors.
On this occasion, the Government Religious Committee’s Youth Union also presented gifts (including coats, shoes, books and school supplies) to pupils of Son Thinh elementary school and Suoi Giang secondary school.
