During the trip, the GCRA’s delegation visited the grave of General Vo Nguyen Giap in Quang Binh province’s Quảng Trach district, Truong Son Martyrs Cemetery in Quang Tri province and Quang Tri Citadel, and presented gifts to Dai Phuong kindergarten and 10 families under the state special care policy in Quang Binh province. The delegation also held exchange meetings with the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces and Quang Binh provincial Youth Union.

This kind of activity of the GCRA was held annually with the aim to pay respect and gratitude to the Vietnamese heroes for their contributions to the national independence and unification in the country.
