A delegation from the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) led by Director of the Caodai Affairs Department Nguyễn Phúc Nguyên visited on April 12 the management board of Thanh Duc Temple under the Invisible Dazzling Caodai Sect (Pháp môn Cao Đài Chiếu Minh Tam Thanh Vô Vi) in Can Tho city.
Head of the Caodai management board Phạm Đình Lý welcomed the GCRA delegation.
During the visiting reception, Head of the board Phạm Đình Lý shared with the guests about the congress of the management board for 2021-2026 tenure and social charities, worth five billion VND launched by Caodai followers in the past term.
Speaking with the host, Director Nguyễn Phúc Nguyên highly appreciated Caodai management board’s achievements in religious affairs and the Covid-19 prevention work over the past years. He asked the management board of Thanh Duc Temple and other management boards of the Caodai sect to consolidate the organizational structure of the sect, amend the sect’s Charter in accordance with the Law on Belief and Religion, and successfully convene its upcoming congress.
