Government Religious Committee receives dignitaries representing Caodai Churches and organizations

A delegation of Caodai dignitaries led by Cardinal President of the Caodai Verity Path Church Trần Đức Tăng visited the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) on June 9.

The Caodai delegation consists of representatives from the Caodai Verity Path Church, the Caodai White Cloth Church, the Caodai Correct Path Church, the Caodai Ante-Creation Church and Hanoi Caodai parish.

Vice Chairman of the GCRA Dương Ngọc Tấn and officials from the Caodai Affairs Department under the GCRA welcomed the delegation.

At the visit reception, Caodai dignitaries shared with the hosts about the churches’ activities from the central to grassroots level, amendments of religious Charters and the preparation for the General Congress in 2016.

Speaking to the guests, Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn acknowledged practical contributions made by the Caodai Churches and organizations in social charities and patriotic movements…. He also expressed his hope that Caodai dignitaries would encourage followers to observe the state laws and actively engage in the cause of national construction and defense.
