Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức presents floral congratulations to the Congress

The event saw the presence of Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Nguyễn Ánh Chức, representatives from local authorities, Caodai dignitaries from the Caodai Church, and 5,293 delegates representing the parishes of the Caodai Church across the country.

The congress reviewed affairs of the Caodai Church over the past five years and mapped out working plans for the 2022-2027 tenure, approved a list of an nominated dignitaries and deacons, as well as amended the Church’s Charter.

As report at the event, over the past five years, the Tay Ninh Caodai Church have been established five new Caodai parishes aboard and five parishes in Tay Ninh province; built and repaired  facilities in Holy See; organized 20 training courses with the participation of over 2,757 participating members, and spent nearly 200 billion VND on social charities launched for helping the disadvantaged supporting medicines, meals, facemasks, etc.

Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức spoke highly of Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s contributions for the development of the locality over according to the motto “The country’s glory, the religion’s enlightenment”.

The Vice Chairman expressed hope that Caodai followers of Tay Ninh Caodai Church would continue actively participate in patriotic movements and social activities, contributing to build the prosperous and civilized locality of Tay Ninh province.
