The GCRA’s Vice Chairman accompanied by Deputy Director of the GCRA’s Protestant Affairs Department Nguyễn Ngọc Bảo was welcomed by Pastor President of the ECVN Nguyễn Hữu Mạc and other pastors from the ECVN’s Executive Commitee.

During the visit, Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Tiến Trọng extended Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2022 to all leaders and members of the Evangelical church. He also shared with the evangelical church’s difficulties and highlighted practical contributions made by the church to the Covid-19 prevention work and the success of the elections of the 15^th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 tenure.

The Vice Chairman expressed hope that the Northern ECVN would continue encouraging its members to well promote fine traditions, and successfully convene its 36^th general congress of the Church next year.

For his part, Pastor President Nguyễn Hữu Mạc took the chance to thank the Ministry of Home Affairs and GCRA for its due attention extended to religious practices of the evangelical church, especially guidance and support for the Covid-19 prevention of the church over the past years.
