An inspection delegation from the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) paid on March 13 a visit to inspect the implementation of the State’s policies and laws on belief and religion in Bac Ninh province.

The delegation’s meeting with the Home Affairs Department saw the presence of Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Tiến Trọng and Director of Home Affairs Department in Bac Ninh province Nguyễn Trọng Tân, representatives from the concerning provincial departments, agencies and the People’s Committee in districts.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Tiến Trọng informed that according the GCRA’s inspection plan 2023, Bac Ninh province is the first locality to be inspected on the implementation of the State’s policies and laws on belief and religion in 2023.
He asked the GCRA’s inspection delegation to closely collaborate with the home affairs departments and concerning agencies during the inspection in the province.
As planned, from March 13 to 22, the GCRA’s inspection delegation would inspect the implementation of the State’s policies and laws on belief and religion in the province during the 2018-2022 period and have additional meetings with the People’s Committee in districts of Thuan Thanh, Que Vo, Luong Tai, Tien Du and cities of Tu Son and Bac Ninh, the management board of Kinh Duong Vuong Temple and the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s Executive Committee in Bac Ninh province.
