Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Bùi Thanh Hà led a delegation at a working meeting held on May 21 with Ninh Binh provincial authorities.
The meeting taking place in the province was co-chaired Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tống Quang Thìn.
The working meeting focused on exchanges related the religious practices by Vietnamese overseas when they returned to Ninh Binh over the past years, including their religious life, contributions to the locality and the facilitation by local authorities in meeting their religious need.
As reported at the event, 584 Vietnamese overseas have visited the province from 2010 to April 2018, and they have enjoyed favorable conditions created by the provincial authorities for their religious practices together with local religious followers during their stay in the locality.
