The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on November 26 a meeting on a Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 162/2017/ND-CP dated December 30, 2017 detailing a number of articles and measures for implementing the Law on Belief and Religion 2016.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vũ Chiến Thắng and joint by Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Ánh Chức and members of a drafting board and an editorial group of the amending and supplementing decree.
At the meeting, the 16-member Drafting Board of the amending and supplementing decree headed by Deputy Minister Vũ Chiến Thắng and the Editorial Group headed by GCRA Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức were announced.
During the event, participants discussed the process of drafting the amending and supplementing decree, as well as proposed numbers of practical and remaining issues in implementing Decree No.162 to be included in the amending decree.
