Government religious committee holds further meeting on draft decree on sanctions for administrative violation of religious law

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on May 25 a meeting to gather comments on the 4th draft degree on sanctions for administrative violation in the field of belief and religion.
The event was chaired by Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà, and attended by the GCRA’s drafting board, and representatives from the GCRA’s departments and divisions.
The 4th draft version currently contains 39 articles arranged in four chapters. For the final review, the meeting gathered comments on each paragraph and article of the 4th draft decree.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Bùi Thanh Hà requested the Legislation and Inspection Department to urgently complete the draft decree before submitting to the ministry of home affairs.
