A delegation of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) led by Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức paid visits to several religious organizations in the Southern province of An Giang, ahead to the Lunar New Year (Tet) 2023.
GCRA delegation pays Tet visit to Central Executive Committee of Tu An Hieu Nghia Buddhist Association
The delegation visited the Central Executive Committee of Tu An Hieu Nghia (Four Debts of Gratitude) Buddhist Association, the Representative Committee of the Islamic community in An Giang, the Central Executive Committee of Hoa Hao Buddhism and the Worshipping Board of the Founding Temple of the Buddhist sect.
At visiting places, while extending Tet greetings to all religious dignitaries and lay followers in An Giang, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức praised practical contributions, especially social charities, for the country development by religious people in the locality
The official also asked religious organizations to continue promoting fine traditions, and practically supporting the disadvantaged on occasion of the Tet festival 2023.
