The GCRA’s Vice Chairman accompanied by Director Thiều Thị Hương and Deputy Director Nguyễn Ngọc Bảo of the GCRA’s Protestant Affairs Department was welcomed by Pastor President of the ECVN Nguyễn Hữu Mạc and other pastors from the ECVN’s Standing Board.

During the visit, while extending Easter greetings to Pastor Nguyễn Hữu Mạc and all members of the Evangelical church, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Tiến Trọng expressed hope that Pastor Nguyễn Hữu Mạc and members of the church’s executive committee would further encourage the church members to proactively participate in the upcoming elections of deputies to the 15^th Legislature of the National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels.

Pastor President Nguyễn Hữu Mạc took the chance to thank the government religious committee for its attention and support extended to religious practices of the church over the past years. The pastor also had exchanges with the guests the 36^th General Assembly of the church and the 110^th Anniversary of Protestantism in Viet Nam and stated that these events will be scaled down for strictly observing Covid-19 prevention measures.
