Present at the exchange meeting included Director of GCRA’s Belief and other Religions’ Affairs Department Trần Thị Minh Thu, Deputy Director of Home Affairs Department of Ninh Thuan, and representatives from the provincial culture, sport and tourism department, the provincial environment and natural resources department, the provincial committee for religious affairs, and the district-level home affairs office in Ninh Thuan.

During the meeting, local officials presented a brief report on the implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion 2016 and Decree 162 detailing and providing measures for the implementation of several articles of the new belief and religion law from the 2018 when these legal documents took effect to the year 2020, including difficulties and recommendations for solving remaining issues.
