The delegation consists of members from the Government Office, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Public Security.

Attending the working meetings with the delegation included Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Lê Văn Dung and representatives from the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Committee, Home Affairs Department, Natural Resources and Environment Department.

During the working visits to Ninh Binh province, the inspection delegation heard reports on the implementation of laws on belief and religion and resolution of religion-related housing and land issues from the People’s Committees of Ninh Binh province and the districts of Nho Quan and Yen Khanh. The delegation also met with the provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Executive Committee for inspection of belief and religious law implementation.

During the working visit, Director Nguyễn Khắc Huy acknowledged practical results made by concerning local authorities. He also urged local authorities to make continued efforts for ensuring the right to freedom of belief and religion as well as efficiency of the state management on religious affairs in the locality.
