The Christmas visit was accompanied by representatives from Department of Catholic Affairs under the GCRA, department of Central Highlands Security, the provincial Public Security and the provincial Committee Religious Committee.

Speaking at the visiting reception, Mr. Phạm Dũng extended best wishes and merry Christmas to Bishop Nguyễn Văn Bản, dignitaries and followers in the diocese. He also highlighted contributions made by the Catholic dignitaries and followers to the development of the locality and expressed his hope that Bishop Nguyễn Văn Bản, dignitaries and followers would continue living “better secular and religious life” while joining hands in building the prosperous country.

Bishop Nguyễn Văn Bản took this opportunity to thank the GCRA and local authorities for their due attention extended to Catholic dignitaries and followers and affirmed that Catholic dignitaries and followers in the diocese would continue to accompany and stay closely attached to the nation.

On the same day, Mr. Phạm Dũng also visited the Congregation of Mary Queen of Peace and the provincial Protestant Representative Committee on occasion of Christmas.
