The Youth Union of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on March 13 a ceremony to kick off the Youth Month 2021 on occasion of the 90th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-2021).
Attending the event included Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs’ Youth Union Trần Đức Toàn, Director of the GCRA’s Organization and Personnel Cát Ngọc Trình, Secretary of the GCRA’s Youth Union Thiều Quang Hiếu and all members of the GCRA’s youth union.
With their “Proud of the traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union” theme of the Youth Month 2021, all union members of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the GCRA would implement practical activities including the tree-planting in response to the Government’s program to plant one billion trees by 2025, and the environment protection and climate change adaption in the office and residential areas.
After the launching of the Youth Month program, members of the GCRA’s Youth Union took part in “Volunteer Saturday" with activities for cleaning up the office, painting lines for cars and sport ground.
