The Youth Union under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) successfully convened its 9th congress on June 9.

The event saw the presence of Vice Chairwoman of the GCRA cum Deputy Secretary of the GCRA’s Party Committee Trần Thị Minh Nga, Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Ánh Chức, Secretary of the Home Affairs Ministry’s Youth Union Trần Đức Toàn, Secretary of the GCRA’s Youth Union Thiều Quang Hiếu, representatives from the GCRA’s departments, and all members of GCRA’s youth union.
The event reviewed performances of the GCRA’s youth union and youth programs in the last three years and outlined plans for the 2022-2024 term.
The congress also elected the five-member executive board of the GCRA’s Youth Union for 2022-2024 tenure and selected members to attend the congress of the Home Affairs Ministry’s Youth Union.
On this occasion, the Home Affairs Ministry’s Youth Union and the GCRA’s Youth Union presented certificates of commendation to one group and 18 members of the GCRA’s Youth Union for outstanding contributions in youth affairs and youth movements during the 2019-2021 tenure.
