GCRA’s science council outlines plans of scientific research 2020

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on February 24 a meeting for reviewing its scientific activities 2019 and outlining plans of works 2020.  

The event was presided by Dr. Vũ Chiến Thắng, Chairman of the GCRA.

As reported in the event, in 2019, the GCRA has carried out 14 scientific projects, including three projects assigned by the Prime Minister and the Home Affairs’ Minister.

In 2020, the GCRA will undertake 18 projects with eight research plans requested by the Prime Minister and the Minister of the Home Affairs.

Speaking at the event, Chairman Vũ Chiến Thắng asked units of the GCRA to focus on research of practical issues for improving professional skills in the state management on religion. The GCRA leader also asked its institute for studies of religious policies to strengthen the collaboration of research with other research institutes relating to religion and enhance the efficiency of scientific activities of the government religious committee.
