The Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam Kiselenko Andrey paid a visit to the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) on March 29.
Welcoming the visit included Director of the GCRA’s International Relation Department Nguyễn Đức Vinh and representatives of the GCRA’s Office, Department of International Relation and Department of Legislation and Inspection.
During the visit reception, the two sides exchanged on issues of mutual interests, especially the cooperation between the GCRA and the Russian Federation's State body on religious administration as well as the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam.
Speaking with the Russian Counselor, Mr. Nguyễn Đức Vinh affirmed that Vietnamese government in general and the GCRA in particular always pay due attention to Russian people living and working in Vietnam, including their religious activities in the country.
