The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) hosted a reception for a 35-member delegation of the Islamic communities in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces of Ninh Thuan and Tay Ninh on August 19.
Welcoming the delegation included Chief Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice Chairman of the GCRA Dương Ngọc Tấn and officials from the GCRA’s Department of Other Various Religions’ Affairs.

The GCRA Vice leaders also informed the Islamic dignitaries and deacons of the progress of the Draft Law on Belief and Religion which is expected to be approved by the National Assembly in the late 2016.
