Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Dương Ngọc Tấn received Pastor Vice President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Vikto Hamm on July 20.
Joining the reception included Pastor General Secretary of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (North)’s Executive Committee Nguyễn Đức Đồng and representatives of the GCRA’s Office and Departments of International Relation and Protestant Affairs.
During the reception, the two sides exchanged on proposed activities to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation in Vietnam, including a Protestant festival with the theme “Love Hanoi” in early December in Ha Noi, and a visit to Vietnam by Pastor President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Franklin Graham.
