Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Bùi Thanh Hà paid a working visit to Ha Nam province on April 23.
The vice chairman was accompanied by representatives from GCRA’s department of Buddhist affairs.
During the visit, the GCRA delegation had a working meeting with the provincial home affairs department. During the meeting, Director of the home affairs department Nguyễn Văn Hưởng briefed the GCRA leader on the religious life and the state management on religious affairs in the locality over the past years.
Later, the GCRA' delegation visited Tam Chuc - Ba Sao spiritual culture area as the venue for the United Nations Vesak celebration 2019 that the VBS plans to host.
