On March 2, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held a conference for gathering comments on the draft outline of the proposed Circular on inspection of the State administration on religious affairs.
The conference was chaired by Chief Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà cum Head of the Drafting Committee, and attended by Acting Director of Legal Affairs Department under the Government Inspectorate Nguyễn Văn Kim, Deputy Director of Legislation Department under the Home Affairs Ministry Nguyễn Trọng Vinh, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Home Affairs Ministry Chu Thị Hồng Tâm, Director of the GCRA’s Department of Legislation and Inspection Nguyễn Khắc Huy, members of the Edition Team under the Drafting Committee, and representatives of the GCRA’s Departments and Office.
At the conference, the Edition Team presented the 1st draft outline of the proposed Circular. This draft outline of Circular included 04 chapters with 19 articles.
During the event, the participating delegates discussed and unanimously agreed with the basic contents of the 1st draft outline of Circular.
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman Bùi Thanh Hà highly appreciated the guests’ comments, and suggested the Edition Team to early complete the draft outline for submitting to the Minister of Home Affairs.
