A delegation of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) led by Director of Department of Other Various Religions Nguyễn Ánh Chức paid a visit to the Representative Committee of the Islamic Community in An Giang province, on occasion of Ramadan festival 2017.
During the visiting reception at Romad Mosque in An Phu district, while extending best wishes to Islamic dignitaries and followers on occasion of their traditional festival, Director Nguyễn Ánh Chức presented congratulatory flowers and gifts to the Islamic Committee in An Giang province.
Observing Ramadan, the month of fasting, is sacred and compulsory for all Muslims. This year, Ramadan festival will take place from May 27 to June 27.
