On occasion of the end of Ramadan festival 2017, Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Dương Ngọc Tấn led a delegation visit to Islamic communities in Vietnam South on June 23-26.
The delegation visited and met with the representative committee of Islamic communities in the provinces and cities of Ho Chi Minh, Tay Ninh and Ninh Thuan and with the dignitary council of Bani Islamic communities in Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces.
During the visiting receptions, while extending best wishes to Islamic dignitaries and followers on occasion of ending Ramadan festival 2017 Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn spoke highly of practical contributions made by Islamic communities in the provinces and cities. He also encouraged local Muslims to continue upholding fine traditions and making further contributions to socio-economic development in the localities.
