Deputy Minister of Home Affairs cum Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Phạm Dũng led a delegation to visit Hoa Binh parish under the Hung Hoa diocese on April 4 on occasion of Easter celebration 2015.
Jointing the delegation were Deputy Director of Department of Home Affairs Nguyễn Viết Trọng and representatives from several GCRA’s departments.
At the visiting reception, Chairman Phạm Dũng extended Easter wishes to Bishop Vũ Tất, priests and Catholic followers in Hung Hoa diocese in general, Priest Nguyễn Trung Thoại and followers in Hoa Binh parish in particularly. He also acknowledged practical contributions made by local Catholics in the diocese over the past years and expressed his hope that Catholics would continue to stay closely attached to and accompany with the nation, and make further contributions to the socio-economic development in the locality.
