Pastor President of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (North) (ECVN) Nguyễn Hữu Mạc led on February 8 a delegation to visit the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) ahead of Lunar New Year 2018.
Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà and representatives of the GCRA's Department of Protestant Affairs welcomed the ECVN delegation.
During the visit, Pastor President Nguyễn Hữu Mạc extended Tet greetings to GCRA’s officials and staff and took the chance to thank the GCRA for creating favorable conditions for the church’s activities in 2017, including the organization of the 500th Anniversary of Reformation Day, the church’s 35th General Assembly, as well as the registration of religious practices in localities.
