The Editorial Council of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA)’s website held on March 25 a meeting for reviewing its performance 2020 and outlining working plans in 2021.
The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairwoman of the GCRA cum Head of the editor council Trần Thị Minh Nga, and attended by members of the editorial council and staff of the GCRA’s Information Centre.
During the event, Deputy Director of the information center Nguyễn Văn Tiến presented a brief report on the operation of the website’ Vietnamese and English versions in 2020.

As reported, the website has posted 1,446 pieces of news and articles, 2 video clips, and translated 1,126 articles on religious life, state administration on belief and religion. The website also received 143 dossiers for public services, with 59 dossiers level 4 online were processed.
At the event, members of the website’s editorial councils commented on the annual report on the operation of the GCRA’s website 2020, as well as gave opinions for improving the working efficiency of the GCRA’s website.
Addressing the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Trần Thị Minh Nga highly appreciated efforts of the GCRA’s Information Centre in updating valuable information on belief and religion on the website.
She also asked the information center to focus on key tasks of the GCRA’s communication work through the electronic website in the coming time, including the dissemination of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, 15th National Assembly Elections, the three years implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion and its guiding Decree 162, the Covid-19 pandemic prevention work, etc.
