The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held a conference on July 26 in Hai Phong city for disseminating religious laws to local officials from Vietnam’s North region.
The conference saw the participation of Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice Chairman of the city Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Đỗ Trung Thành, Deputy Head of the city Home Affairs Department Nguyễn Thị Thu and over 200 officials tasked with religious affairs and working in the office of the people’s committee, home affairs, mass mobilization work and public security from Northern provinces and cities.

The event covered topics on the religious life in the country, State policies and laws on religion, religion-related laws on housing and land, and new contents of the Law on Belief and Religion.
