Deputy Minister of Home Affair Vũ Chiến Thắng sends Christmas greetings 2021 to Christians

Deputy Minister of the Home Affair Ministry Vũ Chiến Thắng sent on December 9 congratulatory letters to all Catholics and Protestants in the country, on the occasion of Christmas 2021.
In the letters, on behalf of the Home Affairs Ministry and the Government Committee for Religious Affairs, Deputy Minister Vũ Chiến Thắng extended Christmas greetings to cardinals, archbishops, bishops, priests, clergymen, clergywomen, lay Catholics, and pastors, commissioned pastors, preachers, lay followers of Protestantism in Vietnam.
He spoke highly of practical contributions made by the Vietnam Catholic Church, Protestant communities, the Vietnam Adventist Church, and the Vietnam Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the Covid-19 prevention work and helping disadvantaged people badly affected by the pandemic, especially the voluntary service by thousands of Christians in taking care of Covid-19 patients.
The deputy minister also expressed his faith that given the solidarity of religious followers and non-religious people, Vietnam would soon overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.
