Attending the conference included heads of the GCRA’s departments and all GCRA’s staff.

During the conference, Director of the Information and Communication Department under the Foreign Ministry’s National Boundary Commission Nguyễn Mạnh Đông presented information on Vietnam’s seas and islands in general, East Sea in particular, including legal foundations for solving disputes and Vietnam’s undertaking to address the East Sea issue.

The conference provided an opportunity for GCRA’s officials and staff to enhance understanding and get updated information on Vietnamese seas and islands.
