At the reception, Mr. Phạm Dũng welcomed the delegation visit to Vietnam. He expressed his hope that two sides will promote the traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive co-operation between the Parties and States of Vietnam and Laos that were established by the late Vietnamese President Ho Chi Minh and the late Lao President Kaysone Phomvihane, and further strengthened by leaders and people of two countries. He believed that the delegation visit to Vietnam will obtain good results contributing to further strengthen cooperation between the GCRA and the Central Committee of LFNC.
