An inspecting delegation on State administration reform from the Ministry of Home Affair visits with the Government Committee for Religious Affairs

On July 10th, an inspecting delegation on State administration reform from the Ministry of Home Affair led by Mr. Phạm Minh Hùng, Deputy Director of Administrative Reform Department had a working meeting with the Steering Board for the State administrative reform of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA). Attending the meeting was Mr. Dương Ngọc Tấn, Vice Chairman of GCRA.
According to the report, The State administration reform of GCRA recently has achieved results in legal reforms with the issuance of the Circular No 01/2013/TT-BNV dated 25/03/2013 promulgating and guiding the form to use of administrative procedures on religion and belief, the Decision 1119/QD-BNV dated 10/10/2013 issuing the set of administrative procedures on religion and the drafting of laws on religion… The report also stated remaining issues due to objective reasons: financial constraint, lack of specialized personnel in administrative reform…

At the meeting, delegates raised comments to the report and proposed solutions for the GCRA to reform of its State administration in aspects of to guiding, planning and implementing the legal, organizational and procedure reform.
