The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on August 2 a meeting to mark the 62nd anniversary of the state governance on religion and its founding (August 2nd).
Attending the meeting included GCRA’s Executive Vice Chairman Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice Chairman Trần Tấn Hùng, and heads of its departments and divisions.
The meeting reviewed important developments and achievements in the 62-year history of the government religious committee in particular, and the state governance sector on religion in general, as well as its contributions in safeguarding everyone’s right to freedom of religion and belief in the country.

Speaking at the event, Executive Vice Chairman Bùi Thanh Hà praised GCRA’s officials and staffers for their awareness of responsibility and working spirit, and urged them to promote GCRA’s traditions for fulfilling tasks assigned.
