On May 26, 2014, at Ngoc Thu hotel, Soc Trang city, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs and Soc Trang province People’s Committee held a workshop for dissemination of the law to dignitaries, religious and followers of religions.
Attending the workshop were representatives from local authorities and 250 dignitaries, religious in the locality. During two days May 26 and 27, 2014, workshop participants learnt viewpoints, policies and laws of the Party and State on belief, religion and law on religion-related housing and land, religious practices according to the current laws.
