The general meeting of Minh Chon Caodai Church for the 2018-2023 tenure was convened on April 2 in Ngoc Sac Oratory located in Ca Mau province’s Thoi Binh district.
Attending the meeting were large numbers of religious women from the Church’s executive bodies and 49 parishes from localities.
Distinguished guests at the event’s opening ceremony included Deputy Director of Caodai Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Đinh Quang Tiến and representatives of local authorities.

The general meeting reviewed activities of women of the Caodai sect in the 2013-2018 period and set out working plans for the next five years. As reported at the event, women of the Minh Chon Caodai Church have contributed over VND 30 billion to social charities, especially supports to the poor and the disadvantaged in localities for the last five years.
